The series of Turbin Oil oils are recommended for the lubrication systems of steam and water turbines in all service and operating conditions. It is also recommended for the lubrication of gas turbines, provided that the operating conditions are moderate and, however, only when the bearing seats are not subjected to high temperatures.
The EP features ensure a good oxidation stability, by providing a long service life both under thermal and mechanic high-load conditions. Thanks to particular additives they ensure a good bearing protection and a low formation of sludges, so that the risk of a valve block is avoided. The foaming resistance is excellent, as well as the fluidity at low temperatures is good.
